Qualifications

• DDS or DMD with active Georgia license (or eligible to obtain).
• New grads through experienced associates; judgment and drive matter more than years.
• Comfortable providing hygiene and periodontal care as part of a comprehensive practice.
• Comfortable diagnosing comprehensively and presenting full treatment.
• Wants to be in one place long-term and build something.
• Coachable, high-ownership, and honest with patients and the team.

Responsibilities

• Own comprehensive practice: new patient exams, preventive and periodontal care, restorative and prosthetic treatment.
• Provide hygiene care and build direct patient relationships from first cleaning through full treatment plan.
• Handle case presentation and in-house patient financing with front-office support.
• Complex endo, wisdom teeth, and sedation stay with owner in-house.
