Job summary

42North Dental in Michigan is seeking a licensed Dentist to lead the full patient care experience from exam to treatment planning and delivery. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

You will promote oral health, diagnose diseases, educate patients, create and review treatment plans, and maintain records. The practice values continuing education, mentorship, and a collaborative network that supports professional growth.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain high ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments and best practices.
