Job summary

42 North Dental seeks a Dentist to lead the complete clinical patient experience from exam to delivery of care. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Qualifications

• Must have a current state dental license.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documented.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain the highest standard of care and ethics.

Skills

Current state license to practice dent

Documentation of Hepatitis B Vacc

Proof of malpractice insurance

BLS/CPR certification

Education

DMD or DDS degree
