Job summary

42 North Dental in Enfield, CT is seeking a Full Time General Dentist to join our team. You will manage the entire clinical patient experience from exam through treatment, with in-office specialty services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics.

We offer up to 36% of collections and a sign-on bonus up to $20,000. Benefits include health, dental and vision coverage, a 401K plan, and ongoing CE opportunities through Harvard Rounds Network.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry in good standing.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documentation.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and create treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism.
