Job summary

42 North Dental in Michigan is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our Charlotte practice. You will manage the complete patient experience from exam and treatment planning to delivering care, with in-office services across general dentistry and orthodontics.

Schedule is Monday–Thursday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with a daily guarantee or up to 36% of collections. Benefits include health and vision insurance, 401K, CE opportunities, and generous earning potential through a supportive team.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient health.
• Review treatment options with patients.
• Review and update patients' records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures in the oral cavity.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep current with new developments and continuing education.
