42North Dental in Michigan is hiring a Full-time General Dentist in Charlotte, MI. You will oversee the entire clinical patient experience from exam to delivery of care, with in-office services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The position offers a daily guarantee or up to 36% of collections, plus comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401K, CE opportunities, and generous earning potential.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license.
• Vaccination documented for Hepatitis B.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient’s oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x‑rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standard of care and ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education.

Education
