Job summary

42 North Dental in Charlotte, MI is seeking a Full-time General Dentist to lead the patient experience from exam through treatment with in-office services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics.

The role offers a Monday–Thursday 8AM–5PM schedule, a daily guarantee or 36% of collections, and a robust benefits package including health, dental and vision coverage, 401K, CE opportunities through Harvard Rounds Network, and unlimited earning potential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Vaccination against Hepatitis B is required.
• Proof of malpractice insurance is required.
• BLS or CPR certification must be current.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep up with new developments and continuing education.
