Job summary

42North Dental, based in the United States, is seeking a full-time general dentist to join our Montoursville, PA patient care team. The role focuses on the full patient experience from exam to treatment and includes in-office specialties such as periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Compensation includes a daily practice revenue share of up to 36% of collections and a potential sign-on bonus up to $20,000.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA‑accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x‑rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures as needed.
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics.
