The practice is digitally equipped with CBCT and Itero, following current clinical standards and protocols. Ideal candidates have 1 year of experience (preferred) or 2 years of clinical experience or completion of GPR/AEGD residency; license to practice is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed dentist required.
• Preferred: 1 year of dentist experience.
• Two years of clinical experience or completion of 1–2 year GPR/AEGD residency.

Responsibilities

• Examine mouths to diagnose treatment needs and plan care.
• Provide treatment following standards of care (diagnosis, treatment development, and delivery).
• Restore caries, fracture, or failing dentition; perform extractions and grafting.
• Corrective gum surgery for periodontal disease; place dental implants.
• Offer Invisalign therapy and related orthodontic support.
• Prescribe antibiotics and pain medications as needed.
• Maintain infection control per OSHA and office protocols.
• Represent the practice professionally and work with teams.
• Attend schedule punctually and manage multiple deadlines.
• Occasionally travel for continuing education or seminars.

Ridgetop Dental Group is seeking an Associate Dentist. The position seeks individuals to have restorative, surgical, and endodontic interests; our practice focuses on comprehensive treatment solutions for our patients. The applicant must be interested in continuous learning to advance their clinical skills. Our practice offers clinical mentorship and coaching. Ridgetop Dental culture seeks an individual who respects teamwork, compassion, and empathy. We are Digitally equipped, including CBCT scan, Itero, and current clinical standards and protocols. A continuous learning program is present for associate development.

Pay

• $146,000 - $185,000 per year

Shift & Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Requirements

• License & Certification: Licensed dentist

Preferences

• Postgraduate & Specialty Residencies: General Practice Residency, Advanced Education in General Dentistry

Dentists: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Description

Essential Functions:

• Examine patient mouths for diagnosis of oral health, training, and treatment needs;
• Provide treatment following standards of care, including but not limited to:
• Diagnosis, treatment development and treatment delivery
• Restore caries, fractured or failing dentition
• Tooth extractions and grafting solutions
• Corrective surgery on patient's gums and bones for gum diseases
• Replace teeth with Dental Implant
• Invisalign therapy for alignment
• Write prescriptions for antibiotics and pain, as necessary
• Manage asepsis and infection control, using and maintaining hazard control protocols established by OSHA and office standards.
• Always represent the practice in a professional, pleasant, and cooperative manner.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance following assigned schedule and time off policies.
• Comfortably and efficiently handle multiple deadlines and task assignments.
• Must be able to work both independently and cooperatively in team settings.
• Occasionally, travel by car or plane may be required for you to participate in continuing education or seminars.
