Issaquah Premier Dental is seeking an Associate Dentist for a high-tech, patient-first practice. The role starts with hygiene and diagnostics and progressively expands to restorative and surgical scheduling.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active State Dental License to practice dentistry.
• 1 year of clinical dental experience.
• Current CPR and BLS certifications.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Examine teeth and gums to diagnose oral health issues.
• Provide a wide range of treatments including restorations and extractions.
• Perform oral surgery as required and administer local anesthesia.
• Take impressions and utilize CAD/CAM technology for restorations.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and aftercare.

We are a fast-growing, specialty-focused practice housed in a beautiful, brand-new facility with contemporary design. Our office is a hub for innovation, featuring advanced tools such as the iTero 5D Scanner, Primescan 3D, CEREC Mill, CBCT, and EMS Airflow. Under the mentorship of a Kois-trained award-winning dentist, you will receive comprehensive onboarding and training designed to elevate your clinical skills. Pay

• $93 - $118 per hour
• Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Mentorship: On-the-job training from a Kois-trained clinician.

Shift & Schedule

Tuesday through Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Sunday and Monday: Closed

Requirements

• License & Certification: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, Basic life support
• Education: Doctoral degree (DDS or DMD) from an accredited dental school.
• Licensure: Valid and active State License to practice dentistry.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a clinical dental practice.
• Certifications: Current CPR and BLS certifications.
• Compliance: Thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations, including HIPAA.
• Clinical Skills: Excellent hand-eye coordination and the ability to use a variety of advanced dental instruments.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, a friendly personality, and the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.

Preferences

• Clinical Experience: Cosmetic Dentistry
• Postgraduate & Specialty Residencies: Endodontics Residency, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency

Advanced Procedures: Experience with oral surgery and endodontics.

Technology: Proficiency with CEREC (CAD/CAM) and Invisalign.

Diagnostic Skills: Familiarity with interpreting CBCT scans and utilizing 3D scanners.

Job Description

Clinical Diagnosis: Examine teeth and gums to diagnose oral health issues using X-rays and 3D computer-generated imaging.

Comprehensive Treatment: Provide a wide range of treatments including fillings, extractions, root decay therapy, whitening, bonding, and the application of crowns and veneers.

Prosthodontics: Take impressions and utilize CAD/CAM technology for the fabrication of customized oral appliances and restorations.

Surgical & Anesthetic Care: Administer local anesthesia and perform oral surgery procedures as required.

Preventive Health: Perform oral cancer screenings and dental prophylaxis, ensuring all instruments meet strict sterilization standards.

Patient Education: Counsel patients on proper oral hygiene, nutrition, and specific aftercare instructions to ensure long-term wellness.

Pharmacology: Prescribe necessary medications, such as antibiotics or analgesics, in accordance with patient health histories.
