The Associate Dentist role is suitable for qualified individuals, including recent dental school graduates. You will be provided with a unique opportunity to deliver quality patient care and grow your career, with shoulder-to-shoulder coaching from an established Owner Dentist using the latest proven technology. You will participate in one-on-one mentoring sessions and regional Continuing Education opportunities. This also involves engaging with the Owner Dentist to establish shared clinical standards and patient care goals.
