Confidential Dental Practice in North Phoenix is seeking a motivated, personable, and highly capable Associate Dentist to join our busy, modern private practice.

This long-term opportunity offers clinical autonomy, a supportive team, and potential partnership for the right fit. Compensation includes 30% of doctor collections with an expected annual earnings of $250,000–$350,000+. Clinic operates Monday–Friday in a private, PPO/FFS environment.

Qualifications

• We are seeking a dentist with DDS or DMD and active Arizona license (or in process).
• Patient-focused, professional, and excellent communication.

Full-Time Associate Dentist – Greater Scottsdale Area

Established Private Practice | PPO/FFS | $250K-$300K+ Potential

We are seeking a motivated, personable, and highly capable Associate Dentist to join our busy, modern private practice.

This is a long-term opportunity for a dentist who is patient-focused, well-spoken, friendly, productive, enjoys learning, and takes pride in providing excellent care.

The Practice

• Established private family practice with 8+ operatories
• PPO/FFS
• Single-doctor office — you will be the primary provider
• Clinical autonomy with a supportive, experienced team
• Modern office and technology
• CEREC experience a plus
• Implant experience a plus
• Excellent office location in North Phoenix

Compensation & Schedule

• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• 30% of doctor collections
• Expected earning potential of $250,000–$300,000+ annually
• Continuing education provided
