This long-term opportunity offers clinical autonomy, a supportive team, and potential partnership for the right fit. Compensation includes 30% of doctor collections with an expected annual earnings of $250,000–$350,000+. Clinic operates Monday–Friday in a private, PPO/FFS environment.

Qualifications

• We are seeking a dentist with DDS or DMD and active Arizona license (or in process).
• Patient-focused, professional, and excellent communication.
• Clinically capable, productive, and eager to learn and grow.
