Our phenomenal team members are all virtual partners in the practice and we experience a very low turnover. People like it here! We understand and appreciate the knowledge and abilities of a talented dentist and compensate accordingly, which means you are rewarded for your important role in patient acceptance of needed treatment. We are located in beautiful Palmdale, CA just a short, 30 minute drive from Los Angeles in an attractive, state of the art, professional office built especially for our practice. It's a great place to work, live, and raise a family.

Required Qualifications:

• We are looking to add an energetic and motivated dentist to join our team.
• An ideal candidate for this full-time associate position is a dentist dedicated to lifelong learning, has exceptional communication skills, and focused on treating patients like family. Currently, we have four days a week available for an associate dentist (as well as future potential opportunity for partnership)
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Proficient in all aspects of general dentistry. Must be good with kids. We are a family practice.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive and trusted relationships with both staff and patients
• Dedication to providing consistent quality dental care and service to patients
• Desire to grow and learn new skills and responsibilities.
