The Associate Dentist role is for qualified individuals, including recent dental school graduates. You will be given a unique opportunity to provide quality care for patients and grow your career while receiving mentorship from an established Owner Dentist using the latest technology. You will participate in one-on-one mentoring sessions and regional Continuing Education opportunities. This also includes engaging the Owner Dentist to establish shared clinical standards and patient care goals.
