Summary:

We are a multi-specialty dental office looking to hire an associate general dentist. We have specialists doing the complicated extractions and root canals, so this candidate would only focus on bread-and-butter procedures like fillings, crown preps, and exams. We are offering very competitive pay and expect efficient work done with great chair-side manner and adhering to the standard of care. We are offering $1000 daily guarantee or 30% of production, whichever is higher.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide thorough examinations to determine overall dental health and evaluate patients for signs of gum disease, cavities, and infection.
2. Diagnose and treat dental problems including root canals, extractions, and restoration.
3. Perform dental care treatments including fillings, sealants, and crown preps.
4. Consult with other dental specialists when necessary.
5. Supervise staff.
6. Adhere to strict health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

1. DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) or DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine) degree from an ADA-accredited dental school is required.
2. Board Certified and/or Board Eligible in General Dentistry.
3. Current state license.
4. Previous experience in clinical or private practice.
5. CPR, BLS, and NPI certifications.
6. Deep understanding of dental standards and dental medicine trends.
7. Excellent bedside manner.
8. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
