We are expanding and looking for a dedicated, skilled, and personable Dental Associate to join our growing team. Responsibilities:
Provide thorough examinations to determine overall dental health and evaluate patients for signs of gum disease, cavities, and infection
Diagnose and execute restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, and root canals
Collaborate with hygienists and dental assistants to ensure optimal patient care
Consult with other dental specialists when necessary
Provide education to patients on oral hygiene and use of orthodontics and dental appliances, and treatment plans
Uphold the highest standards of infection control and patient safety
Participate in staff meetings and continuing education sessions
Qualifications: Required
DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) or DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine) degree from an ADA-accredited dental school is required
Board Certified and/or Board Eligible in General Dentistry
Current California state license
Current DEA license
Malpractice insurance or eligibility to obtain
CPR, BLS, and NPI certifications
Deep understanding of dental standards and dental medicine trends
Excellent bedside manner
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
1+ years of clinical experience (new grads welcome to apply)
Familiarity with digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, and charting software (e.g., Dentrix)
Interest in continuing education and professional development
Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) is a plus
