Job Details:

Clinical Magnet, a division of ICON Medical Network, has a need for an Associate Dentist with a well-established DSO.

• Seeking a Full time Associate with at least 2 years experience!
  
  

4 day work week!

6 month Daily guarantee with 32% of collections

• Full ancillary staff for support
• 70% FFS
• 8-10 patients
  
  

Duties

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
• Provide a range of dental services, including preventive, restorative, and pediatric dentistry.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient four-handed dentistry practices.
• Educate patients on oral health care, hygiene practices, and preventive measures.
• Utilize aseptic techniques to maintain a safe and sterile environment during procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques.
