Medford Oregon looking for an incredible Dental Associate dentist to join our

dynamic dental team. We are family owned and have the privilege of practicing

dentistry in a large, newly remodeled building with very knowledgeable and friendly

team members!

Plant your roots in beautiful Southern Oregon! Whether you are a hunter/fisherman,

avid hiker, skier, rafter, wine enthusiast or just ready to enjoy what our

four seasons have to offer, this region is for you!

Our perfect candidate will:

● Be licensed to practice dentistry in the state of OR

● Be a team player, ready to grow and learn expanded dental techniques!

Our practice is:

● State of the art, we have outfitted each operatory with the best dental

equipment on the market using ADEC for all operatories

● Equipped to provide expansive dental services using technology such as:

CEREC Primemills, Primescan, 3D Primeprint, as well as cone beam imaging

● Fun! Our team truly works hard and plays harder!

● A staple of the Medford, OR community

A sampling of procedures we offer:

● General hygiene and periodontal care

bridges and dentures

● Surgical and non-surgical extractions

● Cosmetic veneers and crowns

● IV Sedation (**Although we love being able to provide more advanced

services, associate competency in IV sedation or implant placement are not

required)

Our Employee Associate Package includes, but may not be limited to:

● Compensation based on production with a minimum daily guaranteed salary

to start

● Full staff and healthy patient base to get your schedule up and running

quickly

● Onboarding and training, transition periods for all needs

● Continuous mentorship and doctor calibration

Our dental associates in our dental practice have produced upwards of $100k

monthly with no pay caps! We want a long term associate who loves our team and

patients as much as we do. An option to buy in could be available to the right
