Your Role and Responsibilities

As an Associate Dentist, you will :

  • Provide exceptional dental services to our patients with the support of a dedicated team.
  • Engage in community activities that promote a positive image of our company.
  • Participate in morning huddles to plan your day and appreciate your team.
  • Work primarily with children, who make up over 70% of our patient base.

Our Practice Offers

We provide a well-equipped practice with :

  • Digital x-ray and Panorex units
  • Fiber-optic handpieces
  • Yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training
  • A supportive team with a ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider
  • A diverse patient base, primarily ages 3-21, with up to 30% adults
  • An average office flow of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients
  • A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors

What We Expect From You

To thrive in this role, you should have :

  • DDS / DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
  • A current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where you provide care or be eligible for licensure
  • Other required certifications (CPR, DEA, etc.)
  • Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
  • A compassionate nature and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
