Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
• Deliver general and restorative procedures (fillings, crowns, bridges, etc.).
• Collaborate with laboratory team to ensure restorations meet clinical and aesthetic standards.
• Review case details and digital scans to communicate specifications to lab technicians.
• Educate patients on options, oral health, and prevention.

Seeking a dedicated Associate Dentist to join our practice team. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed dental professional who is passionate about patient care, professional development, and interested in working closely with an experienced dental laboratory team to deliver high-quality restorative outcomes. In this role, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients while collaborating with our laboratory technicians and support staff to ensure precise, well-fitting restorations and excellent treatment results, all within an environment designed to support your long-term career growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Performing comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients


• Delivering a range of general and restorative dental procedures, including fillings, crowns, bridges, and other treatments


• Collaborating with the dental laboratory team to ensure restorations meet clinical and aesthetic requirements


• Reviewing case details, digital scans, and impressions to communicate clear specifications to laboratory technicians


• Educating patients on treatment options, oral health, and preventive care


• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards


• Coordinating with front office and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and scheduling


• Staying current on dental techniques, materials, and best practices


• Pursuing ongoing learning opportunities to expand clinical skills and advance within the practice

What We’re Looking For

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree


• Active and unrestricted dental license in the state of Alabama.


• Experience providing general and restorative dental care; new graduates with strong clinical training are welcome to apply


• Strong understanding of dental anatomy, restorative principles, and treatment planning


• Comfort working with digital dental workflows and coordinating with laboratory teams


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality patient outcomes
