Job summary

i4 Dental Lab is seeking an Associate Dentist to join a supportive, close-knit team. You’ll diagnose and treat a broad range of dental conditions while building lasting patient relationships in a lab-and-practice environment.

You will perform general dentistry procedures, read X-rays, and guide patients through treatment options. A DDS/DMD and active license are required; mentorship and professional growth opportunities are available.

Looking for an Associate Dentist to join the team! You'll play a hands-on role in diagnosing and treating a variety of dental conditions while building real, lasting relationships with your patients.

What You'll Be Doing

• Examining patients and reviewing dental and medical histories to get a full picture of their oral health


• Diagnosing dental conditions and putting together treatment plans that make sense for each patient


• Handling general dentistry procedures like fillings, crowns, extractions, and preventive care


• Reading X-rays and other diagnostic images to guide your treatment decisions


• Walking patients through their options in a way that's easy to understand and addressing any questions or concerns


• Prescribing medications when needed, following all applicable regulations


• Referring patients to specialists when necessary and staying in the loop on their ongoing care


• Keeping patient records accurate, up to date, and compliant with privacy standards


• Following proper sterilization and infection control practices


• Teaming up with dental assistants, lab staff, and admin folks to keep the day running smoothly


• Taking part in mentorship opportunities and continuing to grow professionally


• Keeping up with new techniques, materials, and technology in the dental world

What We're Looking For

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school


• Active, valid dental license in good standing as required by the state of practice


• Solid clinical skills across general dentistry procedures


• Great communication skills with both patients and coworkers


• An eye for detail and a genuine commitment to quality, patient-centered care


• Good organizational and time-management habits


• Comfort using dental practice software and digital imaging systems


• A professional approach to patient confidentiality and safety
