Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced clinical procedures including molar endo, extractions and implants.
• Keep procedures in-house with empowered dental team and in-house tech.
• Maintain steady patient flow and deliver high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with mentors and coordinators to maximize efficiency.

We are seeking a growth-minded Dentist to join a premier private practice in Nashville. This is a unique opportunity for a Dentist to receive elite 1-on-1 mentorship from a “Super GP” while performing advanced clinical procedures in a supportive, fun environment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual Earning Potential: $250,000 – $350,000+


• Tiered Production Pay: Increases from 30% to 35% based on monthly benchmarks.


• Initial Guarantee Support: Monthly guarantee available for the first 6 months.

The Opportunity

• Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Enjoy a 3-day weekend).


• Advanced Scope: Every Dentist on the team is empowered to keep procedures in-house, including molar endo, surgical extractions, and implants.


• Busy Schedule: Steady patient flow with 50+ new patients per month.


• Advanced Tech: Fully equipped with CBCT, Prime Scan digital scanners, Neodent implant system, WaveOne endo, and Picasso soft tissue lasers.

Clinical Support and Mentorship

• Dedicated Mentoring: The owner limits clinical chair time to one day per week specifically to provide 1-on-1 training to associates.


• Efficient Systems: Excellent support for each dentist, including dedicated Treatment Coordinators and EFDAs to ensure you stay busy and focused on care.


• Great Culture: High-energy atmosphere with low staff turnover and a drama-free environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience preferred but open to early-career dentists with a strong work ethic and who have sought out additional training in molar endo or implants.


• Must be a “go-getter” with a desire to learn advanced cases like full-mouth rehabs.


• Leadership capabilities and excellent people skills are a must.


• Current Tennessee license (or eligibility to obtain one).
