High End Hiring is seeking an Associate Dentist to join a well-established, busy family-owned general dentistry practice in Massachusetts. The ideal candidate may be an experienced dentist or a motivated new graduate who values high-quality patient care and ongoing clinical growth.

You will diagnose, treatment plan, and provide a broad range of general dental services while working with a supportive team. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekends, allowing time for

About the Opportunity

Our practice has an established patient base and a consistently busy schedule. We are looking for an Associate Dentist who is ready to become an important part of the practice and take an active role in providing comprehensive care to our patients.

You will have the opportunity to diagnose, treatment plan, and provide a broad range of general dental services while working alongside an experienced and supportive team. We want a dentist who takes pride in their work, communicates well with patients, and is interested in continually improving their clinical skills.

For a newer dentist, this position offers the opportunity to gain valuable hands‑on experience in a busy practice while developing confidence and expanding clinical abilities.
