Your Role

We are actively seeking a Regular Full-Time Associate Dentist to join our growing team. Here’s what you can expect :

• Make a positive impact in your community while promoting a great image of our practice.
• Participate in morning huddles to plan your day and appreciate your team.
• Work with kids, who make up over 70% of our patient base!

Key Responsibilities

As an Associate Dentist, you will :

• Provide dental services to patients with the support of a dedicated team, including :
• Digital x-ray and Panorex units
• Fiber-optic handpieces
• Yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training
• A supportive team ratio : 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider
• Care for a patient base primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% adults
• Manage an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients daily
• Work with a mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors
• Enjoy growth and development through mentoring and collaboration!

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should have :

• DDS / DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
• Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the state where you will provide care
• Other required certifications (CPR, DEA, etc.)
• Nitrous Oxide certification (only for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
• A compassionate nature and a strong desire to provide dental care to children and adults
• Availability to work Fridays and Saturdays (8 AM - 5 PM)
