Job summary

CHCP Healthcare and Educational Services LLC invites applications for an Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) Instructor at the Houston Northwest Campus. The role runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, teaching and mentoring nursing students to become qualified professionals.

Candidates must hold a Texas RN license and either a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing, with preferred MSN; if the degree is in another discipline, a BSN with graduate nursing credits is acceptable.

• Evidence of teaching abilities and up-to-date clinical knowledge and safety in the subject area

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing curriculum to ADN students at CHCP.

Your responsibilities will include delivering curriculum content to our nursing students. This includes mentoring and helping the students to become professionals.

Qualifications:

Current Texas RN license
Minimum of a Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree, preferably in Nursing
Preference is that the Master’s Degree is in Nursing (MSN)
If Master’s Degree is in another Discipline, shall hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and either (6) credits of graduate nursing courses
Show evidence of teaching abilities and maintaining current knowledge, clinical expertise, and safety in the subject area to be taught

Experience:

At least (3) years teaching experience in a professional nursing education program
