Job summary

• Candidates must hold a terminal degree and be eligible for Associate Professor or Professor rank.
• Demonstrated experience leading university-based medical/public health research.
• Proven track record of securing extramural funding and managing research programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall research administration for the College of Medicine and affiliated programs.
• Serve as liaison with CMU research administration to align enterprise research strategy.
• Lead governance for research priorities, KPIs, and resource planning.
• Develop and maintain external collaborations and research space allocation.
• Mentor junior faculty to help obtain research funding and growth.
