South Texas College seeks an Associate Dean for Dual Credit Programs Operations to oversee policy implementation and compliance for dual credit offerings across campuses. The role collaborates with partnering school districts, Academic Deans, chairs and staff to monitor operations and ensure alignment and safety.

Responsibilities include leading full-scale project work plans, coordinating grants and special initiatives, and serving as the Dual Credit Programs Title IX Liaison while ensuring

Qualificações

• Master's Degree in educational administration, business, or related field.
• At least three (3) years of work experience in post-secondary dual credit programs.
• At least two (2) years of progressive administrative/supervisory experience in higher education.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with partnering school district stakeholders, Deans, Department Chairs, administrators, faculty and staff to monitor dual credit programs operations.
• Serve as primary contact for operational concerns raised by partnering school districts, ensuring timely review, coordination and resolution in collaboration with internal College stakeholders.
• Assists the AVP for Dual Credit Programs and School District Partnership by leading special projects and prepares reports, as requested.
• Coordinates lab site visits for workforce and applicable academic dual credit programs to ensure instructional quality, compliance, safety, and appropriate facilities and equipment alignment with College standards.
• Responsible for implementation, administration, and coordination of all dual credit programs systems.
