Caleres Distribution Center 2 – Chino is hiring a Warehouse Associate for the 2nd shift in Chino, CA. The role involves order picking, packing, receiving, and inspection to ensure accurate and high-quality shipments. The team focuses on safety, efficiency, and meeting customer demands.

Starting pay is $18.50 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential, plus potential overtime. Minimum high school diploma and 1-2 years warehouse experience preferred.

Compensation and Hours

What will you be doing?

Order Picking and Packing:

Fulfill customer orders by picking items from designated storage locations according to order specifications. Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and documentation

Receiving and Inspection:

Receive incoming shipments, inspect them for accuracy, quality, and damage, and verify that they match the corresponding documentation (such as packing slips or purchase orders)

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with other warehouse team members, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow, resolve operational challenges, and meet customer demands
