Job summary

Caleres Distribution Center 1 in Chino, CA is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the 2nd shift. The role starts at $18.50 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential and offers potential overtime. Working hours are 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

As part of a fast-paced team, you will perform order picking and packing, receive and inspect shipments, and collaborate across departments to meet customer demands. Benefits and shoe discounts are available from day one.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Effective time management skills and attention to detail required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Order Picking and Packing: Fulfill customer orders by picking items from designated storage locations according to order specifications.
• Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming shipments, inspect them for accuracy, quality, and damage, and verify against documentation.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with warehouse team members, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and meet customer demands.

What will you be doing?

Order Picking and Packing: Fulfill customer orders by picking items from designated storage locations according to order specifications. Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and documentation

Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming shipments, inspect them for accuracy, quality, and damage, and verify that they match the corresponding documentation (such as packing slips or purchase orders)

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other warehouse team members, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow, resolve operational challenges, and meet customer demands
