Job summary

Caleres Distribution Center 1 - Chino is hiring a Forklift Operator to pick, pack and move orders safely in our warehouse in Chino, CA. The role runs 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM) with a starting pay of $21.00 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential and potential overtime.

Compensation and Hours:

Starting pay is $21.00 per hour+ $1.50 shift differential

Potential to earn overtime

Position will be 2 nd s hift from 3:00 p m - 11:30p m (MON-FRI)

What will you be doing?

• Order Picking: Fulfill customer orders by picking items from designated storage locations according to order specifications. Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
• Meet Safety Standards: Work independently to move product safely and efficiently throughout warehouse.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other warehouse team members, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow, resolve operational challenges, and meet customer demands
