Job summary

Caleres in Chino, CA is seeking a Warehouse Associate for 1st shift. You will perform order picking, packing, receiving, inspection, and collaborate with team members to meet customer demands.

Starting pay is $19.50 per hour with a $0.50 shift differential. The schedule is 1st shift (7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Tue-Sat) with potential overtime and benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Effective time management skills and attention to detail required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without an accommodation required.

Responsibilities

• Order picking and packing: Fulfill customer orders by picking items from designated storage locations according to order specifications. Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Receiving and inspection: Receive incoming shipments, inspect them for accuracy, quality, and damage, and verify that they match the corresponding documentation (such as packing slips or purchase orders).
• Team collaboration: Collaborate with warehouse team members, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and meet customer demands.
