Job summary

Caleres is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the 2nd shift in Chino, CA. You will perform order picking and packing, and you will receive and inspect shipments while collaborating with teammates to ensure accuracy and on-time fulfillment.

The role offers $19.50 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential, potential overtime, and day-one benefits. Shift runs 3:00 pm–11:30 pm, Monday–Friday, in our distribution center.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without an accommodation.

Warehouse Associate – 2nd Shift

Compensation and Hours:

• $19.50 per hour + $1.50 shift differential
• Potential to earn overtime
• Position will be 2nd shift from 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm (MON-FRI)

What will you be doing?

• Order Picking and Packing: Fulfill customer orders by picking items from designated storage locations according to order specifications. Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
• Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming shipments, inspect them for accuracy, quality, and damage, and verify that they match the corresponding documentation (such as packing slips or purchase orders)
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other warehouse team members, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow, resolve operational challenges, and meet customer demands
