Job description

  • Provide critical support for systems deployed in cloud environments, focusing on Azure or AWS platforms.
  • Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot applications and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security.
  • Perform incident management for cloud-based solutions, escalating complex issues and collaborating with senior team members for resolution.
  • Conduct daily system health checks to validate the stability and functionality of Azure and AWS environments.
  • Create and maintain documentation of incidents, resolutions, and system changes to improve response time and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Participate in system reliability improvement initiatives and suggest enhancements to current processes.
  • Support user queries and technical issues, providing timely resolutions and updates.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
  • Knowledge of Azure Synapse, SQL databases, Logic Apps, Application Insight is preferred.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving, with a focus on root cause analysis.
  • Experience of using project management tools such as JIRA.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with cross-functional teams and end-users.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 support schedule.
