Partner Data Scientist, Growth Partnerships

About the Role

Growth Partnerships is seeking an individual interested in connecting our global community to build and scale Analytics products and services for our mobile, fixed wireless, and broadband partners in the Americas.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Telecommunication partners across the Americas to understand their needs and deliver insights.
  • Utilize quantitative analysis, network performance analysis, data mining to provide actionable insights for business and network strategies.
  • Conduct market and network analysis using data layers such as market share, coverage, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and optimize strategies.
  • Develop business cases and analytics support for growth programs, and analyze pilot performance.
  • Use analytical tools like SQL, Python, R, and visualization tools like Tableau to analyze data, create reports, and support partner engagement.
  • Travel requirement up to 40%.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or higher in business, marketing, computer science, analytics, statistics, economics, or related fields.
  • Experience in data science, analytics, and working with clients.
  • Proficiency in quantitative analysis, large datasets, and SQL or similar programming languages.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Project management experience and ability to lead multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to clarify complex issues for executive audiences.
  • Experience driving actions based on data insights.
  • Currently pursuing or having completed a relevant degree prior to joining Meta.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of telecom products, business models, and network principles.
  • Experience with mobile operators, marketing strategies, or analytics products.
  • Experience with Big Data tools, machine learning, and GIS tools.

Compensation

Base pay

  • 113,000 - $152,000 per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, and location.
