Job summary

ITS Logistics LLC. is seeking a Jr. Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights across departments. You will report to the SVP of Network Optimization and sit in the Assets department as a data leader, supporting decision-making and process improvements.

The ideal candidate is curious, analytical, and eager to learn how data drives business strategy, performance, and efficiency through dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in data analytics.
• 0–2 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or similar.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with BI tools and SQL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively analyze datasets to answer key business questions and identify trends that drive performance.
• Investigate and communicate areas where operational improvements can be made, backed by data-driven insights.
• Create, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports by interpreting data from multiple sources.
• Support stakeholders by delivering concise, accurate, and visually compelling reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Collaborate directly with business users and department managers to gather requirements, understand objectives, and ensure data solutions meet user needs.
• Communicate findings and recommendations in a clear, structured manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Maintain documentation of reports, data sources, and analytical processes to ensure repeatability and clarity.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
