Job summary

KeHE Distributors, líder en distribución de productos naturales y orgánicos, busca un Counter de Ciclos para un centro de alto volumen en Aurora, CO. El candidato trabajará en conteos programados y no programados, asegurando que el inventario físico concuerde con el sistema y se mantenga precisión alta.

Qualifications

• Se requiere diploma de secundaria o equivalente.
• Se valora experiencia en almacén, distribución o logística; candidatos motivados sin experiencia también serán considerados.
• Capacidad para obtener certificaciones de VHP, Reach Truck y Picker dentro de 30 días de contratación.
• Conocimiento de plataformas WMS; experiencia en NTS o AS400 es un plus.

Responsibilities

• Ejecutar conteos programados y de caminatas con precisión de 98% o más.
• Navegar WMS (NTS) para crear, ver y gestionar lotes de conteo y corregir variances.
• Desarrollar conocimiento de procesos de almacén y su impacto en la precisión del inventario.
• Interactuar con el Contador de Ciclos Sr. como mentor y recurso durante la incorporación y más allá.
• Participar en revisiones regulares con el Gerente DC IC para fomentar responsabilidad e interoperabilidad.
• Otras funciones y proyectos asignados.

Funciones esenciales

DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute scheduled and walk-off counts on assigned locations, sustaining a count accuracy standard of 98% or greater.
• Navigate WMS (NTS) to create, view, and manage cycle count batches, self-initiating counts and identifying, root-causing, and correcting variances without reliance on leadership direction; escalating systemic discrepancies to IC leadership as appropriate.
• Develop working knowledge of warehouse processes across supporting departments to understand how inventory accuracy impacts the broader operation.
• Engage with the Sr. Cycle Counter as primary mentor and resource during onboarding and beyond.
• Participate in regular check-ins with the DC IC Manager and contribute to a culture of accountability, interoperability, and empathy.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:

• Ability to obtain VHP, Reach Truck, and Picker equipment certifications within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work in physically demanding environment; standing, walking, and operating powered equipment for extended periods.
• Basic computer proficiency; ability to navigate inventory or warehouse management systems with provided training.
• Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated ability of accuracy under pressure.
• Familiarity with WMS platforms; NTS or AS400 experience a plus.
• Ability to identify patterns in count discrepancies and communicate findings clearly to leadership.
• Comfortable working independently and self-managing workload within defined daily priorities.
• Demonstrated reliability and consistency.

Responsabilidades primarias

The Cycle Counter is responsible for executing scheduled and unscheduled cycle counts within a high-volume food distribution center, ensuring physical inventory consistently reconciles with system on-hand quantities. This role requires a working knowledge of warehouse operations and a genuine understanding of how inventory accuracy impacts the broader business. Ideal candidates take ownership of their counts, communicate discrepancies clearly and collaboratively, and hold themselves to a high standard of accuracy. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
