• Process various system transactions related to inventory accountability and reconciliation.
• Monitor the motor vehicle inventory e‑mail inbox and respond to inquiries timely and appropriately.
• Respond to contract license office inquiries by phone and e‑mail utilizing the necessary files and systems.
• Process cigarette decal orders by pulling, validating, and preparing items for shipment.
• Prepare inventory reconciliation reports for management.
• File and pull paper tax documents for retention.

This position offers a great mixture of working with computer systems, answering telephone inquiries, and physical duties related to inventory management and shipment.
