Amica Mutual Insurance Company in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Associate Customer Care Representative to handle high-volume inbound calls for selling policies and servicing existing accounts. Ideal candidates have service and sales experience, professional phone manner, and strong teamwork.

This role requires taking phone calls to sell policies and service current accounts. Ideal candidates will possess prior experience in service and sales, demonstrate a professional phone demeanor, and exhibit strong teamwork skills.
A starting annual salary of $48,298 ($23.22/hr). Additional compensation would be dependent on level of experience and applicable licenses within the property and casualty industry with a range of up to $55,785 annually ($26.82/hr). The 40 hour work week is scheduled fromMonday through Friday, between the core hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PMand includes a few holidays annually. Work from home may be available up to two days a week once trained to work independently.
