Job summary

Accendra Health in Worcester, MA seeks a patient-focused Customer Service Representative to educate patients on products and services, answer questions, and process supply orders in a high-volume inbound call center. You will review orders, assist with order entry, and support care teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.

The role requires 1-2 years of customer service experience, excellent communication, and the ability to navigate multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience required.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and the ability to navigate multiple platforms.
• Ability to learn our brand products and therapies.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve patient concerns.
• Demonstrate soft skills to enhance patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and Process orders via fax and electronic platforms
• Make outbound calls to patients and referrals as needed
• Utilize tools and resources to assist in order entry
• Use full product knowledge of Byram therapies to service patients
• Communicate effectively with patients, teammates healthcare professionals and sales team.

Job Description

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $20-21/hour. Schedule M-F 8.30-5 pm in Worcester, MA

Summary

The representative provides a positive customer service experience that meets the needs of our patients by educating them on products and services, listening to concerns, addressing issues, and placing supply orders in a high-volume inbound call center.

Core Responsibilities

• Review and Process orders via fax and electronic platforms
• Make outbound calls to patients and referrals as needed
• Utilize tools and resources to assist in order entry
• Use full product knowledge of Byram therapies to service patients
• Communicate effectively with patients, teammates healthcare professionals and sales team.

• Perform other duties as required
