Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager to manage a post-sale portfolio of smaller accounts, drive product adoption, monitor health signals, and proactively identify risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years in Customer Success or Account Management within a SaaS company.
  • 1 - 3 years of Accounting or Public Accounting (Audit/Assurance) experience is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM and Customer Success platforms; eagerness to learn and grow.

Job description

As an Associate Customer Success Manager, you will manage a the post-sale portfolio of smaller or lower-spend customers, ensuring they achieve measurable value and remain engaged throughout their lifecycle. You’ll drive product adoption, monitor customer health, and proactively identify risks and opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is eager to grow within Customer Success.

About the Role:

In the role of Associate Customer Success Manager, you will:

Base pay and any target sales incentive are part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.Target total cash compensation ranges are inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive.
