- Drive customer adoption and value realization through targeted engagements
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer engagement and product usage
- Provide consultative discussions and product tutorials to customers
- Analyze customer data and metrics to prioritize actions for optimal outcomes
- Conduct business reviews with customers to align on objectives and maximize product value

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing role in a SaaS or related environment
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and relevant tools
- Proficient in English and Portuguese
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Multi-lingual in additional languages such as Spanish and/or French
- Experience with Salesforce and Gainsight
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- High level of empathy to understand and anticipate customer needs
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to challenges
