Job summary

GE Appliances, a Haier company, is seeking an Associate Risk Analyst in Louisville, KY to review customer credit information, perform credit analysis, and execute KYC/AML procedures in support of retail and contract credit decisions.

You will collaborate with Sales, Shared Services and Risk teams to obtain data, monitor accounts, identify risks, and assist in improving credit processes and ERP-related activities using Oracle ERP software.

Qualifications

• Review credit information and external reports to support credit line decisions.
• Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and AML screening for Retail and Contract customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Risk, Shared Services to obtain required data and validate information.
• Monitor accounts, escalate potential risks, and support standard credit reviews.
• Develop working knowledge of Oracle ERP functionality and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze customer credit information to support credit line decisions.
• Communicate requirements with Sales teams and customers to obtain necessary data.
• Perform KYC and AML screening and document results.
• Monitor assigned accounts and escalate issues per guidelines.
• Support reporting and process improvements related to credit activities.
