Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five+ years of U.S. import compliance experience, with focus on entry audit/post-entry/review.
• Experience responding to CF-28/CF-29 and protests under 19 U.S.C. 1514.
• Proficiency with ACE and ACE Portal reporting and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of entry structure, valuation, classification, and duty/fee computation.
• Strong data skills; Excel required; Power BI/Power Query preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead import entry audit and monitoring programs for risk-based testing and improvements.
• Manage post-entry oversight incl. protests, CF-28/CF-29 responses, and focus on brokerage corrections.
• Develop ACE data reports and monitor entry accuracy, duty spend, and program exposure.
• Maintain SOPs for audit, protest, and CBP inquiry workflows.
