Responsibilities
  1. Develop and manage complex cash flow projection and valuation models quarterly and annually.
  2. Ensure proposed distributions comply with equity capital and waterfall agreements.
  3. Manage and review debt and equity funding requests efficiently and meticulously.
  4. Perform quantitative analyses comparing budgets, actuals, and forecasts.
  5. Respond promptly to ad hoc financial analysis and data requests.
  6. Monitor and evaluate business plan progress and capital budget adherence.
  7. Analyze and review office and retail lease agreements.
  8. Conduct market research for sale comparables and valuation assumptions.
  9. Ensure compliance with all loan and partnership covenants.
  10. Oversee collection and review of monthly financial statements.
  11. Manage collection and evaluation of annual operating and capital budgets.
  12. Coordinate with internal teams on insurance coverage and escrow requirements.
  13. Work with tax teams to ensure timely tax payments and escrow management.
Required Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate transactions and terminology.
  • Familiarity with valuation methods and principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Argus Enterprise software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
