THE·TEAM is a diverse creative group that crafts award-winning experiences for sports, lifestyle and entertainment clients from its Dumbo, NY office. We are seeking an amazing Associate Creative Director to join our fast-growing team and help shape ideas from concept to client presentation.

You’ll lead day-to-day on a range of projects, collaborate with account leads, producers and clients to develop concepts, ensure on-brief execution, and stay ahead of trends to keep brands relevant in their

Qualifications

7+ years relevant experience, with 2+ years in experiential, social and digital channels.
Strong design and written communication skills.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Generative AI tools.
Understanding of print production.
Ability to work in PowerPoint, Keynote, Office Suite.
Prior experience in sports, music, and entertainment is beneficial.
Proactive strategic and creative thinking.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and highly organized.
Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day charge on projects to ensure on-brief creative and strategic pull-through.
Collaborate with clients to craft concepts and strategies that push brands forward.
Work with interdepartmental teams to develop, refine and execute ideas.
Coordinate with third-party vendors and partner agencies.
Maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
Anticipate challenges across projects and manage deadlines.
