Marcom LA is Apple’s Global Marketing Communications group, responsible for creating and overseeing world-class marketing and advertising campaigns that promote Apple's rapidly-growing Services sector, including Apple TV, Apple Sports, Apple Music, and more. Our mission is to build brand love for Apple through inspiring creative, a culture-first mindset, and the belief that our Services enhance the Apple experience.

We are seeking an Associate Creative Director to join our team. You will collaborate with strategists, brand managers, project managers, producers, and external partners to develop integrated campaigns for services like Apple TV and Apple Sports.

Responsibilities
  • Lead creative efforts and campaigns for Apple TV, Apple Sports, and related product launches.
  • Ideate, collaborate, and write for conceptual development and creative execution.
  • Present work to senior staff, product marketing managers, and executives, articulating concepts with enthusiasm.
  • Partner with the ACD/Art Director to develop ideas and co-lead creative teams.
  • Integrate strategies and messaging across various channels including digital, social, and new media.
  • Manage schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Guide and support creative team members to produce their best work.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 9+ years of experience in copywriting, creative direction, or producing major marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in developing integrated campaigns, earned media, and social-first strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertising, Journalism, English, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Must provide a portfolio demonstrating copywriting expertise.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience creating work across mediums such as film, social media, OOH, photography, and digital marketing.
  • Passion for exceptional, relevant, and provocative writing.
  • Knowledge of sports, culture, and global trends in sports.
  • Excellent storytelling and brand tone development skills.
  • Spanish language proficiency and familiarity with Spanish-speaking markets are preferred.
  • Ability to challenge norms and push creative boundaries.
  • High attention to detail, resourcefulness, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Proven ability to build trust and influence within a matrixed organization.

Apple offers a competitive total compensation package, including base salary, stock options, benefits, and educational reimbursement. The salary range for this role is $170,100 to $255,700, depending on experience and location.
