Job summary

Avalere Health is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Copy to lead teams of art directors, copywriters and strategists in conceiving and executing cross-media campaigns for pharmaceutical brands. You’ll ensure copy, design and UX align with strategic insights and client goals.

You will mentor junior creatives, manage multiple projects from concept to delivery, and collaborate with account teams to balance creativity with budgets and timelines. A strong pharma writing portfolio is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years creative copywriting experience, with at least 3 years in writing for pharma.
• Pharmaceutical and/or medical device experience required.
• Demonstrates ability to direct writing and design of interactive, motion and print projects.
• Strong customer service skills with a commitment to superior quality.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and portfolio across multi‑media channels.
