Job summary

Avalere Health is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Copy (ACD, Copy) to lead teams of art directors, copywriters, and strategists. You will ensure copy, design, and UX align with strategic insights across a range of media and brands.

Role requires 9+ years in creative copywriting with pharma experience. You will mentor juniors, manage multiple projects, and help build client relationships in a flexible, global environment, including hybrid/remote options.

Qualifications

• Leading teams and mentoring junior creatives.
• Minimum 9 years of creative copywriting experience, with at least 3 years in pharma writing.
• Pharmaceutical/medical device experience required.
• Ability to direct writing and design across interactive, motion and print projects.

Responsibilities
