Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Copy to lead creative engagements across healthcare client accounts and act as a senior wordsmith.

This role can be remote within the United States or based in offices in New York City, Boston, Chicago, Lambertville, NJ, San Francisco, or Carmel, IN. You will structure narratives, write in multiple voices, mentor teams, oversee day-to-day deliverables, and contribute to high-impact campaigns and new business pitches.

Qualifications

• Healthcare marketing writing experience for consumer/patient and HCP audiences

Responsibilities

• Can structure a complete narrative and be able to write in different voices to suit client and audience
• Work with ACD, Art to produce standout and strategically focused campaigns and experiences
• Identify and interview prospective creative candidates
• Manage teams, creative output and client relationships
• Concepts, campaign execution that are in line with client strategy
• Oversee day to day deliverables for team under tight deadlines while delivering best in class work to market.
• Mentor teams both internally and externally
• Manage awards submissions and case studies for brand
• Participate in high level projects and new business pitches
